Emerging Issues and Opportunities in Quitline Operations

In 2005-2006, the North American Quitline Consortium conducted its second conference call series dedicated to quitline operations. This series focused on emerging operational issues, trends and opportunities. Innovative strategies to improve access to services, unique technological approaches to promote effective care, and recent research findings were highlighted in these calls.
