Quality Improvement Initiative

The NAQC Quality Improvement Initiative seeks to encourage standard data collection across quitlines. NAQC is hopeful that an ongoing emphasis on quality improvement will result in the creation of standard methods for data collection and reporting across quitlines. Ultimately the Quality Improvement Initiative will make individual quitline efforts more meaningful through creation of standards that allow quitlines to work collaboratively toward measuring quality and developing a shared understanding of how to improve quality.

 
NAQC’s Quality Improvement Initiative is made possible with funds from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The American Cancer Society and The American Legacy Foundation. NAQC would like to acknowledge its Advisory Council members for their important role in this project.
