In service to our members and to continue our work to maximize the access, use and effectiveness of quitlines, NAQC develops tools and provides technical assistance to quitlines as they implement the Quality Improvement Initiative’s recommended standard outcomes.
Implementation Plan and Support Materials
NAQC has developed implementation guides for the reach and quit rate quality standard calculations. These documents are final, and are designed to provide easy-to-use references for implementing and using the NAQC standard calculations for reach and quit rates.
