During this 90-minute, interactive webinar participants:

  • understood the major topics covered by the 2010 NAQC annual survey

  • understood the major changes from the 2009 survey

  • were able to log-in to the web data collection system

  • were able to use the web data collection system (navigate, respond to questions, etc.)

  • found out where to get help if they have questions or concerns about the survey, or have technical difficulties with the web data collection system

  • were able to teach others in their organization all of the above, as needed

  • reviewed how survey data will be used by NAQC and made available to the larger quitline community.
