Announcing Important Staff Change and Opportunities at NAQC

Dear Colleagues:
 
After 10 years of exceptional service, Tamatha Thomas-Haase, manager of training and technical assistance, is departing from NAQC’s staff to pursue a broader scope of consulting activity. I would like to thank Tamatha for her excellent work, professionalism, collegiality and many accomplishments during her tenure at NAQC. Tamatha launched and managed the webinar series, staffed the quality improvement initiative, conducted break-through work on Medicaid reimbursement for quitlines, and brought innovation and fun to the conferences and meetings she planned and facilitated for members. Although Tamatha will be greatly missed, we appreciate her contributions and are pleased that she will continue to be a member of NAQC.  Please join me in thanking Tamatha for her service and offering her best wishes for her new endeavors! Opportunities at NAQC: NAQC is seeking two new part-time staff (each at 50% time), and I would like to ask you to help identify excellent candidates!
