Announcing Staff Changes at NAQC!

Dear Colleagues:
 
I am pleased to announce that NAQC has hired Emma Goforth, MPH as Manager of Training and Technical Assistance. Emma is a public health professional with over 5 years of experience in tobacco control and cessation. Many of you may know Emma from her work at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.  She is a longtime member of NAQC and has experience in overseeing cessation and quitline activities at the state level. In addition to having experience in working with Medicaid and health plans, Emma is an exceptional trainer, innovator and strategic thinker. She will be an excellent addition to NAQC staff! Emma will be responsible for NAQC’s training and technical assistance activities, leading the quality improvement initiative, webinar series, Medicaid activities and liaison with national networks.
