NAQC is excited to announce the fifth and final webinar in the eReferral Webinar Training Series: Refining Your eReferral System After Implementation on July 28, 2016 at 12:00pm to 1:30pm (ET). The eReferral Training Series was developed to provide practical training on building eReferral capacity.  During the webinar, Technical Expert, Evan Frankel, will provide guidance on how to refine and scale up an eReferral system after it has been implemented using guidance from NAQC’s eReferral Technical Guide. In addition to the technical guidance, attendees will also receive a sneak peak from the case studies being developed by the four state teams that have been involved in the pilot project (Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi and South Dakota). Once finalized, the case studies will provide an overview of the process undertaken by the state teams, qualitative and quantitative outcomes achieved, and lessons learned.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1.     Summarize the experiences of the four state teams in implementing eReferral.

2.     Articulate the challenges faced by each team in connecting the quitline to electronic heath records.

3.     Apply lessons learned by the four teams to scale internal operations to support and/or enhance their organizations’ eReferral capabilities.

We look forward to you joining us for the upcoming webinar if you have questions or concerns please email me at tmoses@naquitline.org.
