Planning for the FY2016 Annual Survey is well underway and we wanted to provide you with key dates and updates.
UPDATES: Each year NAQC reviews the Annual Survey to determine if changes are needed. This year, NAQC convened a workgroup to provide feedback and recommendations on the FY2016 Annual Survey questions, field dates and presentation. The workgroup members are:

Please join us for this presentation to learn more about the FY2016 Annual Survey, how it has changed from the FY2015 Annual Survey, how to complete and submit data, and where to go if you have questions or need assistance. To register for the training please click here. Non-members who are responsible for gathering data for the annual survey are able to participate.
October 3 – November 4, 2016: Field Dates for the FY2016 Annual Survey
The FY2016 Annual Survey will open on October 3, 2016 and close on November 4, 2016. NAQC staff will be available throughout the field dates to assist and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email will be sent to you on October 3, 2016 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool.
March 2017: FY2016 Annual Survey Data Presentation
The first presentation of data from the FY2016 Annual Survey will be held during the NAQC Conference on March 20 and 21, 2017. A second presentation will be planned later in the spring. Please visit the NAQC 2017 Conference webpage for more information on the conference.
Although we had hoped to conduct the Annual Survey in Canada as well as the U.S. this year, Canadian funding has not come through for the survey.
