Dear NAQC Members,
We are excited to announce the release of a new Quality Improvement Initiative guidance paper, Quitline Services: Current Practice and Evidence Base. This paper reviews current quitline practice in the U.S., highlights the scientific evidence for each category of service, and discuses major considerations related to implementation and evaluation of the service.
This paper is intended for all consortium members and stakeholders who want to expand their knowledge of quitline services. It provides scientific guidance for decision making on the types of services to offer.
Please register for the upcoming webinar to learn more about the Issue Paper and to interact with the author. The webinar will take place on November 3 at 2 pm ET.
NAQC would like to acknowledge and thank the author, Chris Anderson, for his time, effort and expertise in developing this excellent paper as well as NAQC’s Advisory Council for overseeing development of the paper.
