Call Increases After The FDA’s Announcement of New Warning Labels for Cigarettes

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to U.S. funders and service providers for participating in NAQC's survey to gather feedback on changes in call volume as a result of the FDA's announcement of the new U.S. rule on cigarette warning labels. Out of 53 statesand territories, 26 have completed the survey. Of these, 70% experienced a significant increase in call volumes on June 21-22. Details on call volume increases are shown below:
