Improving the Quality of Quitline Services to Specific Populations
As you know, our in-person meeting will take place on February 16th and 17th in Atlanta, Georgia. Please take a few minutes to fill out the travel information form below to help us better plan and prepare for the upcoming meeting. Underlined items in the form have pop-up explanations. Meeting Venue and Lodging

Please make your own air reservations (coach fare) at least two weeks prior to the meeting date. All appropriate expenses associated with this meeting will be reimbursed by NAQC (please find travel reimbursement form and instructions below).
Transportation To and From the Airport
Please make shuttle/taxi arrangements from the airport to Emory Conference Center. A shuttle service/taxi will be reserved for you on the departure date by NAQC staff. These costs will also be reimbursed.
Meeting materials, including our agenda, will be sent via e-mail approximately two weeks before the meeting. Should you need an agenda sooner in order to obtain travel authorization, please contact me.
