Partnerships between tobacco control programs and healthcare delivery facilities will be featured. Presenters from Sanford Health in North Dakota and LSU Health New Orleans in Louisianawill describe how they have implemented systems to address tobacco use in public hospitals and in rural clinics. Facilitators and barriers to implementation will be addressed. Collaborative staff will facilitate a discussion of provider response to CMS Meaningful Use and Joint Commission tobacco measures.

Registration is open to all organizations and individuals with an interest in integrating tobacco interventions in healthcare and their electronic medical record systems, including state and territorial tobacco control programs and networks, and their partners. We anticipate high demand, so please register early to ensure your space.
