Correction to the Revised MDS Intake Questions

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to inform you about the correction to the Revised Minimal Data SetIntake Questions [url].
The “other” option was erroneously left out from the list of options in RI10b and is now included in the intake questionnaire. Please find the referenced question below with the correction highlighted in yellow.

You can learn more about the revised Minimal Data Set (MDS) documents here and/or by reviewing the recording of the webinar highlighting all final updates to the MDS.The updated MDS includes a net reduction of 11 MDS questions and a change in the status of the LGBT and Behavioral Health questions from “optional” to “required.” The review was a robust process of gathering feedback from members, convening a workgroup, gathering current intake and follow-up questionnaires used by quitlines, and consultation with subject matter experts.
