A member only Listserv was established to foster dynamic exchange of information among NAQC members to create an online environment where members can dialogue with colleagues about issues important to quitlines in real time, including issues related to operations, services, quality standards, research and growth.

Member Directory
Every year, NAQC develops a paper version of the member directory. Please note that you can also access the electronic version of the directory by visiting the directly page.
Note: the online search options will provide you with the most current information on each NAQC member; only members have access to the directory information.

This new feature has been created to bring you a live feed of all new events and available resource in the quitline community. Currently the Newsroom has four main topics: tobacco control, research, announcements, and NAQC news.

Quitline Map
In 2009, NAQC has redesigned its quitline map which can now be updated in real time by designated profile managers in each state/province/territory. To find out more about the new map and how to make changes to your profile, please visit the Map TA page.

Seminar Series Registration
In order to register for an upcoming event, please click on the event link located on the NAQC Calendar and click on "register for this event” link located under the "registration information”. Upon submitting your registration, a confirmation page will appear to verify your registration has been submitted. You will also receive an automated e-mail confirming we've processed your registration. Please remember to visit the seminar info page for updated materials a week prior to each call.

Note: participation in NAQC Annual Seminar Series is available at no charge for all NAQC members. Non-members are welcome to participate on a fee-for-service basis and should e-mail Natalia Gromov at to learn more about participating in this important series.

In service to our members and to continue our work to maximize the access, use, and effectiveness of quitlines, NAQC has developed tools and provides technical assistance to its members. Please submit your requests by filing out a contact form.
Note: the response is usually received within 48 hours; technical assistance is provided free of charge to NAQC members only.

NAQC is always looking for participants for various project specific workgroups, if you would like to learn more about the existing workgroups or volunteer to serve on one of them, please contact NAQC by filing out the contact form.
