Trainings and Events

Since 2004 NAQC has used conference call and webinar technology as well as in-person conferences to offer members and partners an opportunity to dialogue with colleagues and experts from across North America on critical quitline-related topics. Learn more by exploring the sections below.

For the past eleven years the NAQC Webinar Series has highlighted best- and innovative- practices throughout the quitline community and offered members the opportunity to dialogue with colleagues and experts on issues of importance to us all. The NAQC Conference aims to provide members and partners the opportunity to exchange and disseminate the latest research, information and practices related to the promotion and delivery of quitline services. NAQC's Conference takes place as an ancillary meeting to the National Conference on Tobacco or Health.

Please check the NAQC Calendar frequently for all upcoming webinars, conferences, and workshops. A Cessation TA calendar is also available which includes partner events.

NAQC is pleased to offer online, self‑paced courses for Tobacco Treatment Specialists (TTSs), available to current NAQC members. These courses deliver practical, clinically relevant training that supports meaningful client conversations and addresses critical gaps in care.
