NAQC Received Renewed 5-year Funding from CDC to Support Quitlines

NAQC was successful in a renewed training and technical support proposal, representing the fourth consecutive five-year funding agreement with the CDC! Through this funding, NAQC will continue to provide training and technical assistance for quitlines receiving support from the National Tobacco Control Program. The training and technical assistance will focus on the impact of quitlines for groups with cessation disparities and quitline sustainability. The new project is designed to increase knowledge about strategies to improve and support quitlines services, understanding of best and promising practice strategies, and support quitline services to be sustainable. Stay tuned for activities funded by the new agreement.
