Update Your Contact Information for the Annual Survey

The FY2024 Annual Survey of State Quitlines will launch on October 30. Please help us update our contact list. If you should be the main survey contact for your state and are new to the position or did not receive the survey from NAQC last year, please e-mail annualsurvey@naquitline.org to make sure we have your contact information on our list.

Key Dates:
October 30, 2024: FY2024 Annual Survey Training Webinar – Register to attend the webinar (2-3 pm ET) here. The survey will also launch on this day.
January 22, 2024: Deadline for FY2024 Annual Survey completion.
