While calls are down nationally compared to pre-pandemic levels, some states have seen 2021 call volume rebound to above 2019 levels. NAQC shared data on current call volumes to 1-800-QUIT-NOW followed by an overview of common strategies that states have used to increase reach. Two states that have been successful in increasing call volume this year presented their strategies.
