What was covered during this webinar?

This webinar highlighted NAQC’s recommendations on best and promising practices related to texting. CDC/OSH presented the national texting portal and shared findings from the pilot of the portal which ran from May to June 2021. NAQC also provided insight on how quitlines will be able to use the texting to align with the best practices highlighted in the recent recommendations.
