What was covered during this seminar?During this 90-minute, NAQC, CDC, and the TCN co-hosted webinar, listeners discussed the new Medicaid tobacco cessation services outlined by CMS in its letter to state Medicaid directors on June 24th.The webinar was joined by Sharon Brown,Senior Policy Analyst for the Financial Management Group of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Using NAQC Annual Survey findings and other tools, this webinar explored the strength of evidence for various quitline practices and the factors, such as budget and quitline objectives, that impact on implementation decisions.
