What was covered during this webinar?

We are grateful to feature a presenter, Dr. Joanna Streck is an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and in Medicine at Harvard Medical School, who shared emerging tobacco treatments being tested to help adults with opioid use disorder (OUD) quit or reduce tobacco use.

Participants learned about the unique considerations for smoking cessation among adults with concurrent OUD. This session also covered how providing e‑cigarettes may help reduce cigarette smoking in adults with OUD, as well as the promising role of peer‑delivered tobacco treatment interventions.
