Evaluation
Effective evaluation is key to improving quitline quality and advocating for continued or increase funding. Resources in this section address quality improvement, client satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. Measuringreachand calculating quit rates are key components of quitline evaluation and both are inextricably linked to the Minimal Data Set (MDS).
NAQC’s Annual Survey of Quitlines is another key resource for evaluation.
