Join your colleagues on Wednesday, September 18th from
12:30-2 PM ET for Movement
Toward Electronic Referral: A Progress Report. During this webinar,
members will hear national perspectives on the importance of eReferral for the
Meaningful Use Initiative, Million Hearts Campaign and other activities, as
well as the essential components of an eReferral system. State presenters will
share details about their own secure exchange/HIE activities and participants
will have an opportunity to ask questions, provide updates on HIE activities in
their own states and provide input to NAQC on the tools and resources needed to
move forward in this work.
To join the webinar, REGISTER NOW! The agenda is already posted and you’ll find
it HERE after you register.
If you plan to join us, there is a
homework assignment for you to complete before Wednesday in
order to ensure rich, engaging discussion!
1. Find out which office/who in your state is
responsible for HIE and the status of their progress.
2. Identify any questions you would like answered and
any tools/training that you need to move forward – we’ll be asking for these
during the webinar.
3. Review the referral systems issue paper recently published by NAQC.
Be sure to join us for this webinar!
