Description:  Refining Your eReferral System After Implementation serves as the final webinar in our e-Referral Training Series. During the webinar, Technical Expert, Evan Frankel, will provide guidance on how to refine and scale up an eReferral system after it has been implemented using guidance from NAQC’s eReferral Technical Guide. In addition to the technical guidance, attendees will also receive a sneak peak from the case studies being developed by the four state teams that have been involved in the pilot project (Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi and South Dakota). Once finalized, the case studies will provide a overview of the process undertaken by the state teams, qualitative and quantitative outcomes achieved, and lessons learned.
