The FY2016 NAQC Annual Survey is officially open!
The field dates for the survey are: October 3 to November 4, 2016.
An invitation email with links to the survey tool and Survey Monkey were sent to key contacts for US quitlines on October 3. If you did not receive an email please let us know!
Although we had hoped to conduct the Annual Survey in Canada as well as the U.S. this year, Canadian funding has not come through for the survey.
