Planning for the FY2018 Annual Survey is well underway and we wanted to provide you with key dates.
Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 3:00pm – 4:00pm (ET): Training Webinar for the FY2018 annual survey
Please join us for this presentation to learn more about the FY2018 annual survey, how it has changed from the FY2017 annual survey, how to complete and submit data, and where to go if you have questions or need assistance. Please note, quitline staff who are not current NAQC members but are responsible for gathering data for the annual survey are welcome to participate in this webinar.

October 8 – December 7, 2018: Field Dates for the FY2018 annual survey
The FY2018 annual survey will open on October 8, 2018 and close on December 7, 2018. NAQC staff will be available throughout the field dates to assist and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email will be sent to the main contact for each state quitline on October 8, 2018 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool.
 
NAQC Quitline Profiles – Update
Please take a minute to update your state’s quitline profile! Information from NAQC’s Quitline Profiles is used as part of the annual survey analysis. We ask that each state review its quitline profile to make sure the information is up-to-date. If you need assistance with making changes to your state’s quitline profile please contact Natalia Gromov at ngromov@naquitline.org.
 
Spring 2019: FY2018 annual survey data presentation  
Presentation of data from the FY2018 annual survey will be held in the spring 2019. We will send a save-the-date announcement once a date has been finalized.
