Dear NAQC Member, In a time of fiscal uncertainty, shifting demographics, and rapid changes in the tobacco and policy landscape, your NAQC membership is more important than ever in sustaining the shared infrastructure that supports quitlines across North America. Over the past year, our collective efforts have produced new tools, guidance, and learning opportunities that strengthen quitline sustainability, modernization, and impact—many of which are highlighted on NAQC’s Top Resources page. By renewing your membership, you help ensure this shared work continues and that quitlines across North America can keep learning from, and supporting, one another.
NAQC’s Strategic Plan 2030, released in December 2025, focuses on three pillars: modernization and innovation, sustainability and policy, and increasing impact. By renewing, you help bring this plan to life and ensure your program continues to benefit from member-only resources, shared tools, data, and peer learning opportunities.
We also look forward to seeing you at the virtual NAQC Annual Meeting on April 15–16, where we will highlight Strategic Plan 2030 priorities and provide opportunities for collaboration and problem-solving with peers.
Key dates for the 2026–2027 membership year: - Early March: Membership drive begins and renewal invoices are emailed.
- June 30, 2026: Last day to renew your membership.
- July 1, 2026: Start of the new membership year.
To renew, simply follow the link in your invoice email when it arrives, or reply to this message indicating your intent to renew and our team will assist you. If you do not receive a renewal invoice by the middle of March, please email membership@naquitline.org so we can resend it. If you anticipate any barriers (e.g., procurement timelines or internal approvals), please let us know so we can work with you on solutions. NAQC membership remains an allowable expense for US quitline funders under CDC funding.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for all you do to advance high-quality, sustainable quitline services. Warm regards,
Thomas Ylioja, PhD, MSW President & CEO North American Quitline Consortium
