Planning for the FY2019 Annual Survey is well underway and we wanted to provide you with key dates.

Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 3:00pm – 4:00pm (ET): Training Webinar for the FY2019 annual survey
Please join us for this presentation to learn more about the FY2019 annual survey, how it has changed from the FY2018 annual survey, how to complete and submit data, and where to go if you have questions or need assistance. You can register here. Please note, quitline staff who are not current NAQC members but are responsible for gathering data for the annual survey are able to participate in this webinar.

December 11, 2019 – February 28, 2020: Field Dates for the FY2019 annual survey
The FY2019 annual survey will open on December 11, 2019 and close on February, 28, 2020. NAQC staff will be available throughout the field dates to assist and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email will be sent to the main contact for each state quitline on December 11, 2019 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool.
 
NAQC Quitline Profiles – Update for State Cessation Managers!
Please take a minute to update your state’s quitline profile by December 31! Information from NAQC’s Quitline Profiles is used as part of the annual survey analysis. We ask that each state review its quitline profile to make sure the information is up-to-date. If you need assistance with making changes to your state’s quitline profile please contact Natalia Gromov at ngromov@naquitline.org.
