The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Tobacco Prevention and Control Branch is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide evidence-based comprehensive tobacco-use cessation services via a toll-free, integrated tobacco-use telephone and web service, named “QuitlineNC”, to all North Carolinians.
