December 11, 2019 – February 28, 2020: Field Dates for the FY2019 annual survey
The FY2019 annual survey opened on December 11, 2019 and close on February, 28, 2020. NAQC staff is available throughout the field dates to assist and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email was sent to the main contact for each state quitline on December 11, 2019 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool. On January 13 we have sent a notification to responders about a correction to the Word and PDF survey files. Please let us know if you have not received it.

NAQC Quitline Profiles – Update for State Cessation Managers.
Please take a minute to update your state’s quitline profile! Information from NAQC’s Quitline Profiles is used as part of the annual survey analysis. We ask that each state review its quitline profile to make sure the information is up-to-date. If you need assistance with making changes to your state’s quitline profile please contact Natalia Gromov at ngromov@naquitline.org.
