Join us for the upcoming webinar, The NAQC Annual Survey of Quitlines: Tips and tricks for 2010. The training webinars are OPTIONAL, but strongly encouraged, especially for new quitline staff. During this 90-minute, interactive webinar participants will:
- understand the major topics covered by the 2010 NAQC annual survey
- understand the major changes from the 2009 survey
- be able to log-in to the web data collection system
- be able to use the web data collection system (navigate, respond to questions, etc.)
- know where to get help if they have questions or concerns about the survey, or have technical difficulties with the web data collection system
- be able to teach others in their organization all of the above, as needed
- review how survey data will be used by NAQC and made available to the larger quitline community
