Dear Colleagues,
NAQC is seeking candidates to fill four vacancies on the Advisory Council, which is comprised of senior leaders from the quitline community who provide advice and recommendations to NAQC on program issues. Members serve three-year terms and the Council meets via zoom three times each year. The Council includes quitline funders, service providers, researchers and national organizations from the U.S. and Canada. Current members are shown here. In the coming year, the Advisory Council will provide advice on establishing Learning Communities within NAQC and on improving knowledge on youth cessation, vaping cessation, technology-mediated services, and equity issues. To recommend yourself or someone else as a candidate for the Council, please respond to this communication with full contact information and a short description of your areas of expertise by September 28th.
