FY2020 Annual Survey Important Deadlines.

The
FY2020 annual survey opened on October
13, 2020 and will close on January 4, 2021. NAQC staff is available
throughout this period to assist and answer questions about data submission. An
invitation email was sent to the main contact for each state quitline on
October 13, 2020 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool. Please
contact us at annualsurvey@naquitline.org
