Learning Community on Technology-Mediated Services Update
Dear Members,
Thank you to all who participated in the Learning Community on Technology-Mediated Services on February 19, 2021. We are writing to provide an update on the meeting and opportunities to continue participating in this Learning Community. We are grateful to the expert panelists who provided insights into the use of texting, web-based and web-enabled services. The discussion was robust and thought provoking. If you have attended the webinar, please take a moment to complete this short survey to let us know what you learned and to share to your perspective. If you missed the meeting, please listen to the recording.
We encourage you to join the Learning Communities Web portal. This is where you will find all materials and information related to the Learning Communities and you can join the discussion forums to provide your feedback. For more information on how to join, please review the Learning Communities User Guide.
Finally, please watch for summaries of the meeting soon. We will provide these for all to review with the goal of generating more discussion and to begin the process of developing recommendations for how we can use technology to improve reach and engagement.
