NAQC Webinar on May 5: Data from the FY2020 Annual Survey of Quitlines.

Webinar "Results from the FY2020 Annual Survey of Quitlines" will be presented on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 3:00pm – 4:30pm (ET). During the webinar, we will present the findings and discuss the current state of quitline services, budgets, utilization, and outcomes.

The objectives for the webinar are: 

• Assess the status of state quitline funding, service delivery, sustainability activities, utilization, and evaluation for FY2020, as well as identify trends over time.
• Compare results with NAQC key metrics and best practices and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
• Identify next steps for the survey and learn about plans for the FY2021 annual survey.
