July 23rd Learning Community Meeting on Technology Services - Register Today!

Dear Colleagues!

Join us on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 10:00 – 12:00 pm PST as the NAQC Advisory Council gathers to continue learning more about key technologies and how they can help increase quitline reach, enrollment, engagement. This is the second of multiple Learning Community meetings that will help inform recommendations to improve quitline practice. You are welcome to join us in listen-only mode and will have opportunities to share your thoughts via Chat and to provide input following the meeting.

During this meeting, we will hear insights from expert panelists on topics such as the integration of technology mediated services with traditional quitline services and understanding the user experience or client journey.

We encourage participants to review the summary from the first Learning Community meeting which was held on February 19, 2021. A recording and slides may also be accessed through the Learning Communities Web Portal on the NAQC website. In addition, you may wish to review the Practice Brief which contains background information based on an extensive literature review, the Surgeon General’s report and interviews with Service Providers.

Registration for the July 23rd meeting is requested for those who would like to participate. Additional background information will be provided to registrants prior to the meeting.

The Advisory Council will continue to serve as the forum for convening the Learning Community, and the quitline community will be invited to submit comments, questions and feedback throughout the process.

We hope you can join us on this webinar!
