October 25^th Webinar and October 29^th Deadline for Feedback – Draft Recommendations on Technology Services.
We are excited to release the Learning Community Series Draft Report, Recommended Best and Promising Practices on Technology-Mediated Services for Quitlines, and to invite your comments. This report contains 4 draft recommendations for Quitlines on technology-mediated services including Text, Web and Apps that are effective for improving reach, engagement, and outcomes. The proposed implementation dates for the recommendations are June 2022 and June 2023.

You are invited to provide feedback on the draft recommendations in writing.  The following questions may be helpful to consider:

1. Are these recommendations reasonable?
2. Do these recommendations seem based on solid evidence?
3. Are there any changes you suggest to the recommendations?
4. What resources, training or technical guidance will you need to implement the recommendations by the proposed date?
5. Are there any additional comments you have?

Three ways to provide feedback
1. Join the Forum discussion in the Learning Communities portal. A special forum thread was created for the release of this report which can be located here. 

This is a great opportunity to be able to share your thoughts and reflections alongside your peers and colleagues in the field.  It is simple and involves signing into your NAQC account, clicking on the ‘Learning Communities Portal Banner’ or ‘Feature Button’ and clicking on ‘Join group’, and ‘confirm’ once prompted.  Once you join you will not have to repeat the same process.  For more information on how to join the portal, please review the User Guide or contact naqc@naquitline.org.
