Dear Colleagues,
We hope that you are doing well as we head into the last few months of 2021! As we are getting back to our new normal NAQC is beginning to make plans to host a Conference/Workshop which will dovetail with the upcoming NCTOH, scheduled to be held in New Orleans in June 2022. We have found that many private and government employers continue to have travel restrictions in place and are uncertain at this time if the Conference/Workshops will be held in-person or virtually. As we plan for a Conference/Workshops we would like to receive your feedback on the questions below to aid us in developing our next steps.
1. Do you plan to attend NCTOH (yes/no/uncertain)? 2. If NAQC hosts a Conference/Workshops do you prefer to meet in-person or virtually? 3. What topics would you like us to highlight at the Conference/Workshops? 4. How likely are you to attend a NAQC Conference/Workshop? 5. Are you aware of any current travel restrictions your employer may have in-place? If available, please let us know the basis of the restrictions (i.e., is the restriction based on vaccination rates, infection rates, hospitalization rates related to COVID?)
Please provide your feedback by October 28, 2021 to naqc@naquitline.org or respond to a NAQC Listserv post about the upcoming event.
Thank you and warm regards,
Linda Bailey, JD, MHS President and CEO North American Quitline Consortium | |
