FY2021 Annual Survey Important Deadlines.
The FY2020 annual survey opened on October 6, 2021 and will close on December 17, 2021. NAQC staff is available throughout this period to assist and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email was sent to the main contact for each state quitline on October 6, 2021 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool. Please contact us at annualsurvey@naquitline.org if you have not received it.
