FY2021 NAQC Annual Survey is Due December 17.
The FY2021 annual survey will close on Friday, December 17th. An invitation email was sent to the main contact for each state quitline on October 6, 2021 providing a link and instructions to the survey tool. Please contact us at annualsurvey@naquitline.org as soon as possible if you have any questions or need to request a deadline extension.
