The FY2022 annual survey
opened on October 12, 2022 and will close on December 22, 2022. NAQC staff is
available throughout this period to assist and answer questions about data
submission. An invitation email was sent to the main contact for each state
quitline on October 12, 2022 providing a link and instructions to the survey
tool. Please contact us at annualsurvey@naquitline.org
