The FY2022 annual survey
will close on Thursday, December 22nd. An invitation email was sent to the main
contact for each state quitline on October 12, 2022 providing a link and
instructions to the survey tool. Please contact us at annualsurvey@naquitline.org as
soon as possible if you have any questions or need to request a deadline
extension.
