The FY2025 Annual Survey opened on August 14, 2025 and will close on October 31, 2025. NAQC staff are available throughout this period to assist you and answer questions about data submission. An invitation email was sent to the primary contact for each state quitline on August 14, providing a link and instructions to the survey tool.
