Reminder: NAQC Annual Meeting Call for Abstracts – Due by December 31!

Dear Members,

 

There are less than two months remaining to submit your abstract for the NAQC 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place virtually on April 15–16, 2026!

 

The North American Quitline Consortium (NAQC) invites you to submit an abstract to showcase your program’s innovation, evaluation, and progress in advancing quitline practices. This year’s theme focuses on how quitlines are adapting to new challenges, strengthening sustainability, expanding reach, and addressing disparities.

 

Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025

Maximum Length: 3,000 characters

Submission Link: Submit Your Abstract

 

Presentation Formats:

  • Panel Presentations (15–20 minutes): Include background, approach, results, and conclusions.
  • Rapid Sessions (5 minutes): Share shorter updates, new ideas, or program highlights; include background, approach, data (if available), and conclusions or next steps.

 

Abstracts that do not fit panel criteria will automatically be considered for rapid sessions.

  • Promotion/Reach
  • Service Delivery
  • Addressing Disparities

 

Registration opens early January 2026. The member registration fee is $150.
