NAQC Annual Meeting Abstracts due by December 31

There are fewer than two weeks left to submit your abstract for the NAQC 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place virtually on April 15–16, 2026, and fantastic abstracts are already coming in. The North American Quitline Consortium (NAQC) invites you to add your voice and share your program’s innovation, evaluation, and progress in advancing quitline practices as part of this dynamic virtual meeting. This year’s theme highlights how quitlines are responding to new challenges, strengthening sustainability, expanding reach, and tackling disparities in tobacco-related harm. - Submission deadline: December 31, 2025
- Maximum length: 3,000 characters

Presentation formats: - Panel presentations (15–20 minutes): Share background, approach, results, and conclusions.
- Rapid sessions (5 minutes): Highlight new ideas, brief updates, or emerging practices with background, approach, data (if available), and next steps. Abstracts not suited to panel slots will automatically be considered for rapid sessions.
Meeting tracks: Sustainability, Promotion/Reach, Service Delivery, and Addressing Disparities. Registration opens in early January 2026, with a member registration fee of $150. For questions about membership, sponsorship, or exhibiting, please contact naqc@naquitline.org.
