NAQC Draft Comments on CDC’s Collection of Quitline Data for the National Quitline Data Warehouse

Greetings NAQC Members!
Thank
you to the many members who have called us or submitted written feedback for
NAQC’s comments on CDC’s proposed
extension of data collection for the U.S. National Quitline Data Warehouse. The
notice of CDC’s proposal was published in the Federal Register on Wednesday,
April 4 (see http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2012-04-04/pdf/2012-8089.pdf
for the Federal Register listing). Public comments are due within 60 days of
publication (ie, by June 1).
NAQC has developed draft comments and is requesting
feedback from members on the draft . Feedback is requested by Wednesday, May 30.
Please submit your feedback to NAQC@NAQuitline.org. We will review all
responses for inclusion in NAQC’s
final comments. Final comments will be submitted to CDC on June 1.
NAQC also strongly encourages members
to submit individual comments to CDC.
