During 2009/2010, NAQC compiled materials that state quitlines had developed to describe the importance of their work to the media, policy makers and the public. Staff selected innovative examples to share with the quitline community.

On-line function on the DCTFF website allows consumers to send "Thank you” notes directly to elected officials after they've been helped by the quitline. A one-page document lists the elected officials and links to their contact information. |

A two-page example of how Massachusetts Department of Health provides community-specific information on how tobacco effects that community and how the quitline has served that community. |
| "The First 10 Years" |
A detailed, seventeen-page report on the first 10 years of the ClearWay Minnesota program. The report highlights important milestones and dates and lists some of the main accomplishments of the program. |
