Cultural entertainment and presentations by guest speakers, Bruce Adkins, MD, PA, Director of the Division of Tobacco Prevention West Virginia Bureau for Public Health and Karla Sneegas, MPH, Branch Chief, CDC Office on Smoking and Health with the Summit officially adjourning at 12:30 p.m. (Thursday, August 8)
