RFR released for Quitline Services by Massachusetts, due 8/15/14

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) seeks respondents to a Request for Response (RFR) for Quitline Services for residents of the state.

Of note, the RFR is a tri-state procurement including Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
