CDC is Recruiting Individuals for the CDC’s National Tobacco Education Campaign

CDC’s Office on Smoking and Health is in the process of recruiting individuals to feature in their national tobacco education campaign - 2016 Tips From Former Smokers (Tips). Similarly to previous Tips campaigns, they are conducting a national search to identify people who experienced smoking-related health problems and are willing to share their compelling stories.  
 
Please find the 2016 Tips campaign recruitment materials and tools below:

• A letter signed by Dr. Timothy McAfee, MD, MPH Director, Office on Smoking and Health with detailed information about recruitment criteria
• A sample e-mail for use by you and your colleagues 
• Two sample newsletter articles
